Mr. Anthony is as amazing! Ms. Bonnie was out when I picked up my truck. Ms. Bonnie was the service rep when I dropped the truck off. However, Mr. Anthony knew all my issues and concerns and took care of additional things for me. He really made me feel confident in knowing that my truck was repaired/taken care of! I actually called him today (I am late completing this survey) and he is trying to help take care of my battery issue. I had been mentioning to the dealership since I boughg my truck, that I strongly felt that my battery was dying. Well it did last night in NY on 18 Jan 2019. Onstar sent a Cadillac Tech out and the battery couldn't be jumped off. Also, the battery was 9 days outside the warranty and I had to pay for the AC Delco battery. Mr. Anthony does rememeber me questioning the battery at my last visit. I appreciate Mr. Anthony checking into it. It says a lot about his commitment to the customers. Even if anything can not be done, I appreciate his trying.
Very EXCITED! MS. Bonnie took the time to write down EVERY SINGLE issue that I was experiencing. All issues were addressed! I purchased my 2015 Escalade in August 2018. I was originally going through my salesman for all of my issues. But I realized that going through service would be better and more thorough. All the issues were taken care of 100%!
