Bonnie was very thorough thru the whole process. She was able to handle the chaos of various cars coming in for service while talking with mechanics and listening/documenting the issues I had with the vehicle . She was able to follow up with pricing for me and explain the prices along with the various options I had. She was honest . She is a good fit for how your new text messaging service works and how you provide pictures of the parts that are defected or need attention. The combo of trustworthy system and people is a great recipe for success . I have brought my car in more than a handful of times and the service level is always good.
