I left my 2017 XT5 with Gold Coast for a week. This is the second time I’ve brought it in for the same issue: my dash alerts me to service driver assist system and my cruise control frequently disengages. The sensors must not be working correctly cause my lane keep assist and cruise control have been shotty at best. I came back a week later to get my car back and nothing has been resolved. I was told it just didn’t act up the entire week they had it. Meanwhile, as soon as I drove it onto the parkway when leaving the dealership, the cruise control was unavailable and my lane keep assist was not working. I don’t know what needs to be done but nothing was rectified and I’m not pleased to have a super new car I got to ‘treat myself’ and the features I paid so much for don’t even work. And my dealership I bought the car from has been no help in fixing it.

Appreciated the qui m responsiveness and fixing the precise issue I came in for. Still waiting to hear from someone regarding an issue with the windshield (which was present on the vehicle when purchased). But Anthony was great.

I was extremely pleased with the service manager Bonnie Lane. She sent me frequent updates on the status of the car repair and was friendly and efficient throughout the process. She is a tremendous asset to Gold Coast Cadillac.

My car was returned to me with grease on the passenger head rest and the drivers door and seat. Very disappointed with this service call I have never gotten my car back in that condition. I plan on making a call to the service manager this week.
