I was treated like a third class citizen.Just because I had my oldest vehicle serviced 2005 GMC Denali. Wanted to upgrade this vehicle to another Cadillac. I was reminded why I didn't buy my last Cadillac from you. Tested and failed. You lost my business. Need to treat everyone the same. Never know who you are dealing with. Juan however was very kind and answered all my questions. Thank you.
Bonnie is top notch. Kept me informed as to status. Great performer excellent service. In fact I had a key fob issue at my last service and a battery was supposed to have been replaced. This was with a different service Mgr buI found the fob did not work when I got home. I called and was told I would probably have to purchase a new fob. I told Bonnie about this and she made sure the battery was replaced and new and the fob worked. This little effort saved me hundreds if dollars. My thanks to Bonnie for excellent customer service and also for returning my confidence in Gold Coast service
