I bought a Certified Pre Owned vehicle not even a month ago and when I brought it back due to a issue with the drivers seat, that should have been noticed in the multi point certified inspection, I was told that i was responsible for the repair and even that I was lying about the issue because when the service worker drove the car they didn’t feel it. If I had been lying about it I would not have taken off work and driven 45 min to bring the car back to be checked. So, with that being said , for the first time ever in my vehicle owning life I am not satisfied with the service.
