I have had the XT5 there 3-4 times for the same issue. The lift gate has not operated correctly since the first week in April 2019. Although it was operating at Gold Coast, it repeatedly failed at home. This past Monday I bought it in and was told to come get it on Tuesday because they could not find the problem. As soon as I got home it again happened. I now have it on video. The car is back at Gold Coast. I expect this to be fixed correctly this time. This leased car has had electronic issues since the beginning

It seems the mechanic who serviced the car did not check under the hood. I have loose insulation falling out. It seems I will have to take a hour ride back to service tomorrow.
