The service staff Crystal Dejuan was very unfriendly and way too serious. Everyone else was much more professional and personable. She needs to be told to improve her demeanor and be pleasant. Otherwise if she can’t or doesn’t want to do that, she should have another job that doesn’t deal with the public.
