However, the DIC screen was damaged -- left bottom corner is cloudy [looks like it was pressed or hit]. The team did make an appointment for this Friday, 6/28/19 to see the issue and order part [may take a week or so]. There was a spill of some sort of liquid on the glover box but I was able to clean it off.

I will be honest I was angry that a brand new 100k Escalade with 690 miles had a transmission leak. However Bonnie understood my frustration allowed me to vent and got right on making sure the truck was fixed right and quickly. Her follow up was perfect all in all she made a not so good situation the best it could be. Escalade back leak gone so far so good!
