I picked my car up on Friday 9/13 and on Sunday 9/15 a message appeared to service the transmission. Now I have to schedule an appointment to bring the car back.
The staff is professional and friendly. I’m always out in a timely manner.

Bonnie is efficient and knowledgeable. I feel She looks out for the best interest of the customer and not necessarily the bottom line. It’s this attention to service that breeds confidence and trust, something that is oftentimes missing in the auto repair business.

Micheal picked up on a recall that I was unaware of, advised me accordingly and had it corrected during my annual maintenance service. He was very pleasant and informative throughout. Unfortunately, this is much more than I can say about your sales force. During my 1.5 hours at your dealership, I spent about an hour inspecting vehicles inside & outside without a single salesman approaching me eventhough many seemed to be available. They seemed more interested in playing with their computer, cell phone and/or conversing among themselves. This is nothing new, I experienced the exact same issues when I was there a year ago for my annual service. This year though I intend on selling my extremely low mileage 2015 Escalade & purchasing a new XT4 or 5. Unfortunately, I may have to go elsewhere again just as I did with my current Escalade which I purchased in Maine. I find it very disturbing that your sales force has such a lackadaisical attitude towards a potential buyer two (2) years in a row.
Bonnie Lane has always made my service appointments a pleasure.
She is courteous and professional with all my service needs.
