Crystal is rude. Non personable. Unprofessional nasty person. If I bring my car back there again I will make sure I will not go to her. I’d rather leave than deal with her again. Customer service is the wrong business for her.

85% of it worked out to be incredible. I know the team worked hard on getting everything fixed and I am ultra appreciative. Bonnie was excellent with the service updates and her demeanor is excellent. The team tried to isolate the last noise and it is coming from the 2nd row bench 60/40 split - wider side. That bench is not in the ground as tight as it can be and shakes/rattles over bumps. That was an issue I had documented with Ryan Hill via text messages upon purchase of the car.
