As usual, Bonnie Lane was very friendly in greeting me, asked what she could do. I explained the car needed an oil change and I asked if they could rotate the tires, add some air to each, and change the cabin filter, if it was time. She said she would and said they could have it ready in 45 minutes to a hour . It was done and she went over the paperwork with me. Overall a very pleasant experience.
