My Escalade started making a funny noise today so I called the service department to see if there was anyway I could bring it in because I was leaving for a long trip and wanted to make sure my car would be okay to drive. Bonnie was more than helpful and went above and beyond to get it looked at. I can’t express to you how grateful I was that she made it so easy and stress free for me. She was a pleasure! When a shock absorber her strut loses oil it will no longer be functioning properly. To be told that the boil is only seeping out not leaking out is absurd. I can understand a tech not wanting to do warranty work because of the lower rate and the extra paperwork but not at the expense of Losing a customer
