Mike is great. Professional in every way. The problem I have is I mentioned the truck was shaking at highway speeds and while the pressure was corrected and the tires rebalanced, the truck was still shaking when I drove it home. It’s possible the test drive was not on the highway

When I dropped the car off at 8:30 I was told that it would take 2-3hours and would be given a loaner. I received a text at 11 saying the car was being worked on. Having not heard anything some time later, I called for an update and left a message for Mr Ferraro to call me. I didn't get a call back until about 5 being told that I could pick up the car the next morning.
My Saab has only been with Gold Coast for 11 years check in professional,tom mechanic outstanding staff very polite everyone who sees my beautiful Saab was impressed Cadillac sold this car.
