Wheels and spokes were left smudged with greasy hand marks after brake work. I’m disappointed the extra step of cleaning them off wasn’t taken.

The level of service I received from Frank and Royal Auto Group was top notch. I was thoroughly impressed from the moment I dropped my vehicle off to pick up. I showed up the day before a few minutes after 6PM to drop my vehicle off for service the following morning. I didn’t realize close was at 6PM and yet someone (female with curly hair) still took the time to collect my information and the car. I was expecting the need to constantly call and check in about the status of my service, instead I woke up to a voicemail from Frank who was already working on my car. Throughout the day, I received updates and never once had to worry that I wouldn’t get my car back that day. When I came to pick up, Frank had all the paperwork ready, all I had to do was sign and the receipts were already in my car. This was the easiest car service I have ever experienced. Thank you.

I wish that when I made the appt I would have been told about the arm control recall, and that you would have checked to make sure you had the part. Now, I have to do it all over again because you didn't have the part. You also ordered the part, said it would take3 days, so I picked up my car, then called the next day saying the part came in- I would have left my car overnight. The false info really messed up and getting the car to you was really hard in the first place. I likely will have the arm control repair done elsewhere.

Jim always delivers an outstanding service. He is available for questions and I trust he gives honest and reliable feedback Jim’s level of performance is consistently at the highest I suggest more coordination between your scheduling and service departments, i.e. I received a reminder call to bring car for service appointment a couple of hours after I had already dropped off my car at the shop. Why can the person making the calls check records to see if car is already in the shop before making an unnecessary call which gives impression teams do not “speak” to each other
