I took my Audi in on January 29 for service and to deal with an issue I was having with my Homelink garage opener. When I picked up my Audi, Adam told me that they placed an order for a new part to fix the Homelink and he would call me when it came in. I waited patiently and finally decided to contact Adam in June to see where the part was! It took quite a few calls to finally get someone to help me with locating the part. Once the part was located they made an appointment to get the car fixed, that afternoon I received a call from Adam telling me they were looking for the part! I told him I already had an appointment for that Friday to have the part installed and he knew nothing about it. So when you ask was I satisfied with the service I have to say NO, 5 months is a long time to wait and I had to do the follow up to get the job done!
Can you guys please send the report to the NHTSA ? I am waiting for the official report. Also my car has been kept for 24h even though the recall was not necessary.

Called the day before to ask about pricing and how long the service would last. Tried to get through 3 times before I spoke with the operator. The operator didn’t know either of my questions but said she would have a service rep call me before 6 pm. I never got a call. I showed up the next morning for my service and the service guy was rude and shoved a $900 bill in front of me but didn’t specify what exactly they were doing. Then called me back and tried to get me to pay another $900 on brake pads and rotors (I know they don’t cost even close to that). Overall very disappointed in my experience with Royal Auto Group. I thought buying a luxury car would come with luxury service but I didn’t see that yesterday.

I made the appointment 3 1/2 weeks in advance and specified the specific part ( a tire, by name and size) that was needed for the service. Obviously nobody looked at that and as a result, the service rep had to jump through hoops to get the part and it still took 2 days. Why ask for information about the appointment if nobody looks at it or does anything about it?
Adam was awesome!!!! He coached me on going through my insurance to fix my windshield. I so appreciate how patient he was. Thank you!

I had brought my car, 2019 Audi S5, in to have the wheel rims fixed. Adam Myers said it would be two days to fix to wheels. Fine. On the second day, I had called and left a message with Adam, to see when I was able to pick up my car. After an hour I called again, twice, and both times the operator put me on hold for over 12 minutes and then redirected me to Adam’s voicemail or kept me on hold. I hung up because it took so long and I needed to get back to work. My urgency was that I had the Enterprise rental for two days and needed to return it the same day Audi Service promised that my car would be ready. My bill was $113.23. You only cover $27 per day, without insurance. There are never enough courtesy cars. I shouldn’t have to pay so much for waiting for my car. When Adam called he said it was read at 5:00 and then I get a text it was ready at 4:30. When I got my car it came back dirty. It was dusty and and fingerprints. I had just washed my car from a camping trip the day before I dropped off my car. When I check the rims, at home, I noticed that they missed a third rim that was scratched. I was so bummed that I didn’t say anything because I needed the car back and didn’t have time. I don’t think this was a great experience. Henry W

Chris was absolutely terrific. He waited until the end of his day to process my car service (a warranty job). He deserves all the 10's!
Aldo really helped me a lot. When my left headlight was still not working right when I went to pick up my car, he took the time to take care of it right then. I really appreciate that. And he explained everything that needs to be done to take care of the air bag light that was the main reason I brought the car in.
