I dropped off my Volvo for a routine maintenance and these two made it a breeze: Jim walked me through the process clearly and efficiently, even anticipating my questions and reminding me about important appointment details (e.g. reimbursement for Lyft). Jim's friendly demeanor transforms what generally turns out to be a dull transaction into a welcome interaction that helped start my day on a brighter note.
A special shout out: I want to highlight just how impressed I was by Jim's proactive attitude and attention to detail. During my visit I also asked for records of a previous visit regarding a windshield leak. I mentioned that I was going to file a consumer affairs report, but did not go into great detail. Jim immediately said that he would make the call for me and provide an update the same day! (After a demeaning experience at the Palo Alto dealership/service department--which was why I was going to file the consumer affairs report--I cannot express just how grateful I am that Jim took the initiative to go the extra mile and help me out.)

Thorough explanation of the service checks on the Volvo that were going to be done, and afterwards what was working well and what needed to be repaired, as well as indications of future possible problems. Chris takes care of me - still wish Mgmt would provide car washes or let me use the $20 uber allotment for car wash around the corner. Amazing a luxury car service center does not wash cars.

Awesome experience. Dropping off the vehicle was a breeze. Aldo, who assisted me, provided exceptional service. Only area for room for improvement is waiting 10-15 minutes to receive car when service is completed. Seems to be a pattern.
By the way, the gentleman who assisted me the previous visit to the service department was equally outstanding.
