Cris was great. He made the repair process painless. I very much appreciated his attention to my practical issues, like immedately getting me a loaner car. He also expressed to the repair team the issues my car was having and this were promptly dealt with.
I was 99.99% happy with my service. My only complaint is someone are an apple and left the core on the floor on the passenger side front. Sort of disgusting. But the repairs are great.
