Hector was great very communicative about the service and friendly as well. I felt at ease and taken care of.
At time of appt I was assured that I would have a loaner. Upon the morning I arrived I was told there was never anything in the system. I was lucky enough that a loaner in the body shop was available. At time of car pick up it took nearly 20 minutes to get my car after I had checked out. Coordination and turn around time can definitely be better compared to other service centers.

I was called to come pick up my car and then called again later that it needed brake work. This should have been assessed long before and completed same day. Now, I have to wait and pick up after a trip and go to more hassle to pick up.
The service is always excellent- more loaner cars or a higher Uber allowance would be appreciated!
