I didn’t schedule my appointment, John seemed worried about time. But I was in there to also buy a car and kill two birds. When they was done he gave Brad my keys. I went back and checked with him and he told me Brad had them. After about 20 min John came and found me and made sure I got the keys and was satisfied. Job well done
Only took 45 minutes and the gentleman that helped me was very helpful!
It was a month in a half before the part arrived . I had to call them to get action . Appointments were switch to your convenience. The part costed 29.00 But they found other problems that finally cost me 434.00.

I received a notice that my truck Service was finished. Initially I was told that the vehicle would not be done until the following morning. The text came to me close to closing time. I was very happy that I would be able to pick it up same day that I dropped it off. I was not aware of the closing time because the website said 9 o’clock. I went to the dealership and found that the service department is closed, however a great salesman found the key and got me the truck. Thanks.
