I’ve had two interactions with Rik, in July when I purchased this vehicle, which has, since new, never been serviced elsewhere, and today. He is, by far, the most professional representative of a company as I have met in any industry! I retired, at 70, from a career in sales and customer service positions. If the management does not already know of his manner with your Customers and his skills at customer relationship building, then let me affirm those personal traits he brings to his work! I’m very impressed!!!

Matt was very uncaring and just disparaged other shop that had assessed the vehicle. Knowing that the battery was dead and was needing to be jumped every time it was started it might have been thoughtful of him to offer to make sure when I left that I could get my car started. I of course could not. I had to flag down a lot attendant kid Elliott who kindly stated he could get a box and jump the car which he did. The battery was under warranty still which is why I chose to take it to another shop. I kind of felt like since I wasn’t making a purchase my satisfaction didn’t really matter. Just saying.
Jordan went out of his way to find me the truck I wanted . Had a chance to buy one from salt lake valley, but instead bought from him because I felt more comfortable with him and felt he was honest with me, and dident pressure me.
