Appreciate very much Matt’s service today. He valued me as a customer by listening to what I had to say. He connected an electronic device under the dash on the driver’s side and said there was one not clear item and said he’d have it checked out. About 45 minutes later he summoned us our car was ready. We went in and he said the had passed the emission inspection. He put on the 2020 sticker decal on the license plate and said we were good to go. My wife and I appreciated Matt’s work ethic and professional customer service although undermanned and overworked due to restrictions imposed by COVID19. I’ve been told by a manager at Larry H. Miller Chev that most of the calls that came through were from customers complaining about the service so it was nice to hear a positive customer call once in a while. Thanks again Matt. You deserve a pay raise.

Our tires weren't rotated, I understand it was our fault we couldn't find the lugnut key, maybe you should invest in some extra lugnut keys to assist your customers. Otherwise, you did a great job, thank you.

He was phenomenal. That was the best time I’ve had there and I’ve been getting Maintenance done with you guys for some years. And overall I’ve never had a bad experience with Chevrolet Murray. He was honest, and forthcoming with important information that I was glad to know. I didn’t have to try and get the information out of him. He thought of everything and even reached out by phone to give me a summary of what was found out with the car. He listened to me and made sure that he knew what I was asking. He offered his knowledge and knew his stuff. Very impressed. Great example of an employee.
