We waited hour and a half to get the oil changed and tires rotated, I marked the tires and they were not rotated I told and showed the salesman and they immediately took the truck and rotated the tires which was another 15 minutes

We felt like our business wasn't needed or appreciated during our entire transaction. It was also annoying that all other cars leaving service were washed and our car was not. We had received a text saying our car was finished and was being washed and when we got to the car it clearly wasn't. Yes, we could have gone back to the associate and mentioned it but felt it wasn't worth the hassle. If you say you're going to do something, why not do it instead of having the customer follow up? On a positive note, we appreciated the fact that the time estimate was pretty spot on. We'll just go to another dealership if we absolutely need their services
in the future, instead of this location.
I delivered my 2019 Silverado to Larry H Miller Chevrolet in Murray Utah for some needed recall work this morning and was meet by Ralph in service that took care of everything. I was completely satisfied with his concern for me and my vehicle. Completely happy with every thing.
