Tom Scharlow is the epitome of outstanding customer service! He was professional, yet reassuringly compassionate to the concerns my wife and I had on a repeated discrepancy that seemed unresolvable. With the help of his very competent mechanic, who drained the fuel and dropped the fuel tank, he assessed the problem to be attributed to a bad sensor inside the fuel tank. I called and left a detailed voice message on Gordon Johnson’s phone, relaying my sentiments of Tom’s wonderful service. I recommended he be considered for a pay raise. I will keep coming back to LHM Chevrolet because of Tom.
Thomas was great, dealership was clean and they wiped my truck with anti covoid before I got in it. Service was accurate and fast.
