We dropped our truck off for the 30k mile service. We got a phone call asking where the wheel lock key was. We told the gentlemen that it was in the center console or the glove box. When we picked up the truck, the notes stated that they could not locate the lug key. It was literally where we told them it was.

I had a few problems with others aspects of the visit:
The woman who called to tell me my oil change was expiring and I would lose it if I didn’t come in was kind of rude in her delivery of this information (information that I feel was purposefully withheld from me when buying the package).
I was disappointed that there was no kids area at the Murray location like there is at some of the other locations. Especially during COVID I was looking forward to having that space for my daughter to feel comfortable in while we waited.
That’s the other thing I was somewhat disappointed with... spacing. Us customers were all sitting in the same room for 1-2 hours. It did not feel like we were properly spaced for that.
