The repair to my tire looked very amateur (the plug that was put in was sticking out an extra 3/8" from the tread of my tire. And when my wife came in to pick it up, Nate, who we have had problems with in the past, was VERY unhelpful in helping.

He delivered what he said he would but more importantly I got the car back the same as I left it. Not dirty scratched or dented like I've dealt with at other dealerships. AND! He charged it up for me.

I was told it would be done within an hour, and I set an appointment for 12:30. I arrived at 12:19 to drop my car off and it was not ready until 2:45. My experience was awful and I would rate Ralph and the appointment staff a 0 out of 10.
