Great service and very efficient
Nathan was great. I think just overwhelmed. Every time it was time to communicate it took 2 hours which eventually led to me not having my truck for two days. Even called front desk to let nate know I wanted to talk to him and the secretary refused and told me to leave a voicemail: I have done every single thing on this truck through you guys. And just wondering if this is how you treat loyalty. Also I don’t know why it took 400 dollars of labor to put in a gasket.

I was expecting to receive updates on the progress every few days and did not. The communication was not as promised. The repairs seem fine but it took much longer than told up front and no one bothered to communicate the delay or issues indicating why it was taking so much longer than estimated.
