I was told that there are no leaks and they drove it for approximately 30 minutes after 2 days without a vehicle I picked it up and smelled the sulfur gas smell within 20 minutes and several times on the way home. I don’t really know what to say other than I’m frustrated. I have had it in service for 3 days and can clearly smell the smell frequently and often.

I scheduled an appointment for 11 AM for an oil change, and a recall to be completed. I was told 2 hours max. Upon my 2 hour mark, I was told that they were working on it and it would be 30 minutes more and it would be complete. 5 minutes later I watched them pull my car from the service parking lot and START working on it. I was then told they would call me when it was completed. 3 hours hit, and I walk up to a service rep and ask the status. They search and find my keys stating that my car had been ready for quite sometime and were unsure why I wasn’t contacted. This seems to be the case EVERY time I have had my car serviced here. This will be my last.
