Nate w was wonderful. The computer cliche didn't keep my oil change appointment and he got me in right away ,even as busy as they were. The only thing I didn't like was the car wash finish .. it left soap all over my car. I'm not happy about that. I had to go get a wash just to remove it.
Shane kept me informed throughout the process via a phone call and text messages. I was always aware of what was happening and knew my vehicle was in great hands.
