Tom was very abrupt and short when I asked questions. I asked "why it usually breaks" his response was "well we aren't going to disassemble the parts to find out" and I said that I know that but what usually causes that? He said "an electrical problem"
And when I asked at the end why it was so expensive, and his response was "because that's the price"
Versus explaining the bill or telling me what they had to take apart he was just short and said that "I don't know, I'm not a mechanic, but the guy who worked on it was a 30 Year journeyman so he knows what he's doing"
I usually see Nate Westenskow (he is amazing and should be given a raise/reward) because he is able to answer any question, and if he doesn't know the answer he will do his best to find out. And very personable.
Tom was the opposite of personable and welcoming. If it was the summer and I didn't absolutely need to have the blower and resistor replaced immediately I would've waited to see Nate.
But no-one can be without heat in the winter.
