In spite of making a reservation, it took one hour to have an oil change and tire rotation. I can get a Jiffy Lube oil change two blocks from where I live and it takes only 20 minutes. This is the first time I’ve been significantly displeased with your service department. An oil change should not take an hour. At least the technician could have let me know that I’d have to wait a while or explain a reason for the slow service but I wasn’t given any information. Not good P. R. at all.

My guy left for the day and I did not get a list of the services done to my truck but what was stated was good. It was done, easy to schedule and I was even able to drop my truck off early.
Everything was perfect. Car was serviced quickly and ready within 35 minutes.
I had an appointment for 8 am. I brought my car in at 745am. It took you guys 4 hours just to tell me it might be under warranty. It took you guys another 4 hours to call me just to tell me that it's not. So for 8 hours my car was sitting there not being fixed! And then I was told that they would need to hours to do the job. Which is fine. But why wasn't it done earlier? While they were waiting to see if it was under warranty or not? I needed it fixed rather way. So I was with out a car the whole day in which I dearly needed it. I am not happy with the communication that was there. Because there was no communication. I had to call the next morning to see what was going on with my car! However the person I was dealing with. Was kind and had a good attitude. And I really appreciate it.
