I brought my Car in for an 8 am Monday appointment. Did not get a call Monday Tuesday and then I called on Wednesday afternoon to see the status of my car. No one bothered to call and tell me there would be a delay in getting my car repairs started. Finally got my car back on Friday. The customer service could be much better. Not very satisfied.
Tom is always great! I’ve been going to the Larry H. Miller Chevrolet Service Department for the past 17 years and can always count on friendly and professional service from all of their service advisors. I purchased a GMC truck this time because of the rebates and incentives they were offering, but I will continue to take it to Larry H. Miller Chevrolet for all service and warranty work. They have earned my trust and continued business.
