I took my vehicle in on Friday which they kept over the weekend, I understood my vehicle would be ready by Monday with a complete estimate of repairs. I received a call today Monday that the technician was out and they did not know when he’s going to return to work. I advised Tony just give my car back. I picked up my car and won’t be coming back.

I came in for a recall of a Driver door switch shortircuit. Gym recall dept. called & got me appointment for 9:30 am. By 10:15 your man said I needed close to $1,000.00 in other things wrong we my SUV. I wanted the recall only. I left the car and went home finally I called & the didn't have the part you had a week to get the part now I have to wait another day why because your pushing other deals. I do believe the part has to do with my radio and it's not an easy fix ,time consuming, where you don't make any money. plus your man told me it would cost me 261.31 to take door panel off to fix wires for radio when I do believe the panel would have to come off to fix your Switch. He didn't write that quote down he just told me that. I'm getting some input from another person and will be calling GM recall dept for a formal complaint. Have a nice day.

All the way through the process I felt pressure keep doing work that was not necessary at this time; unnecessarily extending the process and increasing the cost by about 3ooo dollars.I finally said no more work , enough .

I came to get a recall done and for an oil change and for a car wash, the only thing done was the oil change. Service personal was friendly and said he would take care of it some other day, which didn’t help me out

My truck was in the shop for almost 4 weeks. I think Dan called me maybe 4 times. I called him at least 6 or more times to try to get updates. Every time I called he had no clue what was going on with the truck, he had to put me on hold to look stuff up to give me updates. It should be a weekly thing to call and update all vehicles so we know what’s going on.
