I actually was going to go to a different dealership because I didn’t want to be in a long wait list to have my vehicle checked. However, i still took it to tom bell. After my experience I’m glad I did. Brian has excellent customer service. I never once had to call and check on my truck. He kept me up to date. Which I really appreciate. This was the best vehicle service I’ve received at tom bell and it was because of him. Thank you

We had the pleasure of working with Anette Book. She made this process extremely easy for us. We previously had a really bad experience with a dealer in the city of Madera and for some reason we were expecting it to be the same with you guys. We dropped off our truck on Monday and within that same day they had a diagnostic. My truck was completely ready by Thursday (which is extremely impressive). I cannot brag enough of what a great, easy going, professional, but most importantly helpful Anette is. We appreciate her hard work and dedication. Thank you for such an amazing experience.

Daniel was great. A pleasure to deal with. I don't like having to complain about anything but when servicing my truck. There was an imprint left on the interior of the cab. Whomever drove or was in my truck left a mark. I didn't call to address it.
