Dan and Tom Bell really came through with fixing my car, I had received two conflicting diagnosis from Diamond Chevrolet and Rotolo Chevrolet and the parts that need to be replaced. I was frustrated and stressed out, I did not know if I have to come up with $800 or $3000, because I did not know which part is not working. I needed a clear answer of what was wrong with my car. So, I took my car to Tom Bell, not only did they fix my car but they actually did a thorough inspection of the entire car, they went above and beyond to find out the issue, and which turned out what the other service departments said was wrong was incorrect and they were going to charge me to have something fixed that was not broken. I can not express how happy I am, and the customer service I received, after finding out what the issue was Dan went over everything with me, even though I needed a few other things done with the car, Dan did not push to have them done. Because of this great experience, Tom Bell will be my dealership for when it comes to servicing my car.

My oil filter was not changed out, I called to schedule an appt a week prior and tom bell did not order my oil filter only 50% of the job was done I will not return and will tell others to not use Tom Bell I am completely unsatisfied with the service I received. I was not informed that Tom Bell didn't have my oil filter prior to work being completed. I feel this is a very important issue that was not addressed and not communicated to me. I waisted 4hrs of company time going to Tom Bell I will not return.

Getting rid of the complimentary wash for your customers who do not hav a vip package with the service department has me looking elsewhere to take my truck for work. Leaving the wash for only high end customers shows poor judgment and character.
