My truck was in the shop for a month. All the work wasn’t completed and there was a great lack of communication. I was the one having to call and see what was going on. Only updates I would get was because I would call. Very unsatisfied with my experience. I am very hesitant to have any work done there due to my experience.

My service technician was good I’m only dissatisfied with how I make an appointment and they still don’t look at my truck until the next day I’ve taken it in twice and it’s still not fixed I have to come back a third time. And each time I bring it in they need the vehicle for multiple days and you guys don’t offer courtesy cars or even cheap rentals.

The lady who initially checked me in was really nice. Everyone we came in contact with was polite and nice. The wait was a bit long about 2.5 hours but I was made aware of shuttle service availability starting at 9am. Overall really good experience. We will continue to come here for service.

4-1/2 hours for an oil change and front end allignment?! That’s horrible management on your part. My time is valuable and I won’t waste any more of it at your establishment.

Very pleasant and efficient process. Damon was very helpful and professional. After taking my car to the shop for the second time, he arranged for an Lyft ride home. I always come to this location for service and I am pleasantly surprised with their accommodations.
