I had to be the one calling to get status. Just disappointed in the lack
of effort in communicating.
Update its pretty bad when the customer has to always call to get updated on there own car both times it has been there. And get told ill call u back and no return call until next day. Also when the customer gets told a price and then I have to remind the writer doest the extended warranty cover that . The writer never looked into that after being told both times when car got dropped off there car has warrety solutions and also have another extended warrenty.

The back ordered part took 3 months to come in, but it was finally repaired. Dan kept me updated through the whole process.
My appointment was at 9am. I asked how long the service would take and was told approximately 1.5 hours. When I called to check in at 1pm I was told my vehicle still had not been started and that there was still one car ahead of mine. When I dropped off my vehicle I also stated there were two other issues I would like addressed while my vehicle was there for service. When I came to pick up my vehicle I asked about those two issues and my advisor had to go find out if they were taken care of. When she came back she told me they had not been taken care of and that they were pulling my vehicle back around to take care of them. If I had not asked, those issues would be unresolved. This was my second time bringing my car here for service and both times were not good experiences. I probably will not return.

Appointment at 11am for routine maintenance. Arrived a few minutes early and checked in. 2 hours later, I checked to see what progress had been made. As of 1pm, the car hadn’t been touched, so I had to leave to pick up children from school. I was given two excuses: “We’re really busy with the post-Thanksgiving crowd (what does that even mean?) and several employees are taking their lunch break (is this an unforeseen circumstance or should you have anticipated employees’ lunch breaks when offering appointment times?). Unacceptable to wait 2 hours after appointment time and still have to reschedule... 2 thumbs way down.
Annette was so sweet!!! She was super communicative and helpful. Will definitely be coming to this dealership next time thanks to her and your service team.
