I asked 2 employees at Tom Bell if the cilajent had been applied in my car seats no one had an answer for me. They just told me that they have a company that is in charge of doing the cilajent on the car for them. So I’m not sure what they did to my car. I paid for the cilajent work because I was told that they apply on the seats to protect them from getting dirty or damage. I’m not seeing a difference on my car seats. Hope they did their job if not I’ll be returning to get it done right.

Service technician spilled oil on the side of the engine. He must’ve forgot to clean up. My truck had a burnt oil odor. I took pictures of it.
Annette was very helpful, and kept us up to date on the repairs. She is the reason that we continue to bring our vehicles to Tom Bell for repairs.

He was very attentive and kept me informed of what was being done to my car and what the estimated price and wait time was for the service I was having done. I took a day off work in order to schedule my windshield repair at 11am. I showed up 30 minutes early from 29 Palms to make sure I was on time. The repair didn't start till 2pm. I was in the lobby for well over 6 hours for a job that was supposed to take a couple hours. I was not updated on the situation where I could do something with my unvaluable time. The lack of communication was unsatisfactory and my whole day was wasted. I understand the windshield repair was to be completed by a 3rd party company, but i was not informed whatsoever of the lack of coordination. I expected more from the dealership whom I purchased my truck from. I did not feel like my time was valued.
Annette was fantastic! I called Annette and she squeezed me in that day. She was nothing but helpful and extremely nice. I felt taken care of by Annette. I will be coming back here in case I need service on my car again.
