Initially, I did agree to 2 overdue services on the vehicle BEFORE getting an engine diagnosis. After speaking with the advisor, Angela, on 12/30/21 at 4:42pm, we verbally agreed that the engine correction is priority to the maintenance services. She told me the total cost was $2013, and we agreed the 2 services can wait until another time. The car was there for 5 days over the New Year weekend. I called and left 2 voicemails to her machine and reached out via text message. I did not receive an update or response until my car was ready for pick up. At the cashier is where I was informed all 3 services were completed and I was not prepared to pay the $2473 total.
This is an example of why there’s a lack of trust and confidence in the transparency of these type of services. Very unprofessional.
