Always a great experience when I go to Tom Bell. Dan is always so welcoming and nice. He breaks down exactly what I need to keep my vehicle in tip top shape! Thank you Dan, you’re the best =]

I asked two individuals who worked with me on my vehicle if I was able to get a courtesy shuttle about 1.5 miles away. They both said no because the courtesy shuttle service was not available due to the Covid restrictions. As I sat in the lobby one hour into my vehicle service, two separate individuals received two separate shuttle services! One shuttle service was a male who drove a black Tahoe or suburban to Yucaipa and the other shuttle service was a female driver using a white bolt. I waited 2.5 hours for my vehicle with no shuttle service to drive me 1.5 miles from the service location!

Several things about the experience were frustrating, I dropped my car off to be told it would be 2-3 days before they could establish what the problem was, then an unknown amount of time after that to get it fixed. It took three days, luckily it was a minor problem and I was able to pick it up. 2-3 days is a long time to be without a car. They informed me they do not have any dealer cars to use or shuttles which was going to make getting to and from work impossible for me. It doesn’t feel like good business to take the car for an extended period of time and leave the customer stranded. Finally, when I picked the car up it had not been washed. The lady in the service department told me I had to ask for a wash when I dropped it off. I know it seems silly but having the car returned and washed just makes me feel like they don’t care. Not having it washed feels really half assed especially since it was sitting on the lot for three full days. The level of inconvenience of this process has led me to look outside of Chevy for my next car. Needless to say I won’t be back to this location any time soon.

I wish Daniel moved to Arizona! Upon my arrival, he noticed my situation not only from a service perspective but from a human/ father's perspective and immediately sprang into action. He made sure my sleeping toddler was comfortable and engaged with my daughter. Aside from being friendly, I feel he did absolutely everything in his power to take care of our emergency situation, being we were from out of town and understood we needed to get back on the road. Not only did he do everything he could to align his team to handle the vehicles issues but he went over and beyond to make sure I had secondary transportation and helped provide a shuttle ride over to Hertz within a minutes notice... so I was able to keep with our busy schedule while in town. I personally want to thank him and make sure his management team gets this feedback... because this is a reflection of allowing rockstars to do what they do best ... be Rockstar! Thank you, Tom Bell but most importantly, thank you Dan!

Service was great. Everyone was friendly and overall I am totally happy with my service. I asked for the premium car wash and was told it would add an extra hour to the time. Not a problem, I was fine with the extra time. However 45 minutes into the extra time I was told it would be another hour and a half. It was not a problem to remove it from my order but I would have liked my car prettied up.

I am not satisfied because my car is still not working correctly it’s been two weeks and same issue. And no one has answers. I will bring it again next week.. hopefully they can find what is wrong.

Completely satisfied with my service there my advisor was very very helpful very knowledgeable I think Angelina was her name inform me of everything it was really great dealing with people instead of a computer I appreciate that and I will definitely be bringing more of my other vehicles and this vehicle back to you for services thank you
