When I arrived I was greeted by a friendly woman. Then I was greeted by a very friendly and welcoming porter named Paul. Angel then took great care of me. He explained things very well and he was able to get me a rental car. While my car was being serviced Angel gave me updates. Through the text system I was able to get ahold of Angel. He responded promptly with information. My vehicle was done on time. Angel did a great job explaining the cost etc. Unfortunately, my experience was marred after Angel when I went to my car and greasy foot prints were on the drivers mat. Both Angel and Josh were very attentive and had the vehicle cleaned. Both were very apologetic. After about 1/2 an hour the car was cleaned. We were inconvenienced but Angel and Josh were sympathetic. Thadd L

Angel is AWESOME. That's why my wife and I have him as our direct Technician. We both love Tom Bell. We've been customers since late 2006 and have never regretted it. ALL the Techs and Salespeople are Top NOTCH.

I waited over 4 hours and lied to by management about the status of my vehicle being worked on for what should have been a 45 minute warranty. I had an appointment at 9:30am and didn’t leave till 1:30pm. The only reason my car was pulled immediately into the shop was because I asked for my keys back after being lied to for such a long period of time. I was no compensated and really disappointed for the lack of respect and due regard this dealer has.

As Usual Service was excellent. Daniel Burrus always keeps me informed on the work. He is a Excellent Service Representative. Every time I visit Fort Service. I always ask for Mr.Burrus, and if I can't see Dan.Then I just wait till he is Available. He is Excellent Bonus and definitely a plus to Tom Bell.

2 hour 30min wait and I needed updates on the ETA estimate. Other than that I had no issues except the price for an oil change at 99 is too high.
