Annette was extremely polite and helpful! I’ve never seen someone in this office run back and forth to the printer like she did. She also worked to get me a loaner vehicle which ended up being vital to my family because my father ended up in the hospital unexpectedly.

The car wash was not completed as expected and requested. When I got home my wife told me the inside windows were not cleaned well. The areas between the side view mirrors and the vehicle were still dirty. Everything else was washed and clean well above expected. The inside windows was the one item I inquired about above the rest and sad to see it was not completed.

Brian was very communicated as for my vehicle I will be binging it back tomorrow as I drove off the lot I was observing all my gages. Lights and listening for any malfunction so as I reached for the radio volume I noticed there was no sound what so ever so I'm guessing they did not test drive it after repairs were done and my truck was there for a week and a half.
Damon Chero and the service staff accurately diagnosed the problem with my vehicle then promptly made appropriate repairs.

My service on Friday 13th was Great. Both the guys in Parts and “service associate” were friendly, very helpful, treated me with respect explained things very well and were wonderful in finding the correct wipers and keyless entry fob for my 2005 Astro Van. Also really like cell phone text appt reminders by phone Service was on time with great communication!
The only frustration from appointment was not service but later in the evening the “Service engine light” flashed on and since then neither keyless entry nor lighter socket have worked and of course it’s weekend
