We were kept informed of the entire process all the way thru. That meant sooooo much especially being down a car. Hope to not do business with you again, at least under these circumstances ??, but we would definitely refer friends and family there.

Annette was very pleasant and the whole service experience was great.
Annette was awesome to work with. She listened to our concerns our vehicle. She found a nail in our tire and then gave us the opportunity to fix it at our appointment. She was helpful in rescheduling the appointments when we needed to Amie changes and txt us back immediately with answers to our questions.
Annette was kind and thoughtful and even went the extra mile to teach me how to use my key in the fob if the battery ever went out in it.
To top it off she had our car washed and it looked so nice when we picked it up
First my vehicle alignment was not checked like other customers who visited your dealership. I was able to see some things preformed but I feel like my vehicle was just rushed through just for me to leave. thank you anyways

Jan is very good to work with. She will continually keep you informed as to the progress on your service work being done on your car. Also if something comes up and you need to have your car a little soone she will do everything she can to make it happen.

We had an appointment for an oil change at 9:30, showed up at 9:00 and were asked if we wanted a car wash And we figured ok sure,we were quoted a 4 1/2 hour wait which already is ridiculous, but we figured ok we can hang out around. and got back at 2 (the time we were told to) and of course it was not ready and we can see our truck parked unwashed and they said they still had to wash the truck it had already been close to 5 hours so we decided not to do it and with no apology they gave us the keys back and the car just drenched in water cause they were just about to "start" the car wash even though it was not wet when we got there. It was just not a good experience.
