Annette was very helpful and made sure we were satisfied. She went above and beyond even though our vehicle was a little difficult to deal with. She also made sure to get us a rental. She was always calling or texting with updates. We were very satisfied.

This was a somewhat better visit than the last time but customer service still needs to get better.
1. One of the workers drinking cup was left in my car... not good, real gross.
2. Plus after paying for my service, I waited about 10-15 more minutes for someone to bring my car but come to find out, my car was parked all that extra time and no one told me. Not good ????????
