I had an appointment for 1pm. I arrived at 12:25pm. My truck wasn't ready until nearly 4pm and didn't even get in the garage until after 3pm. Why did I need to make an appointment if my truck was just going to sit there for 2hrs??? Also, when I came after 3pm to check on it, a mechanic was being downright rude to one of his coworkers, and loud. I heard him from 75' away. I can't see why I would want to give my money to a place with that level of "professionalism" and the inability to get an oil change done within a reasonable amount of time.
Damon Chero is outstanding. I feel I can trust him and he ALWAYS goes the second mile. The guys in the Parts Dept. are excellent. Car works great so the mechanics must be good at what they do. Josh has that great smile and sense of humor.
