Not satisfied at all, she was very forward about giving her option and made my wife feel dumb and treated her as if she didn’t know anything, she also spoke as if she didn’t have a say in what service she got and just stated “ well this is iwhat your husband wanted so that’s that” very sexist in my opinion on. Please communicate with her that she should listen to the guest and not just insist on what she wants. She also told my wife she did not need an oil change and to never look at the sticker that the last mechanic put up and to just look at the percent on the car. Not right at all

I wish that whatever you bring the car for to get service . That they fix that one problem not all the other problems that u didn’t kno the car was feeling & then the one you came in for . ????
