I am completely dissatisfied with my experience at Tom Bell Chevrolet and with Dan in service. I believe Dan was dishonest with me, I wasn’t aware that the pricing Dan gave me on paper when I dropped my vehicle off did not include parts. I was blindsided when picking up my vehicle that it was double the price that was displayed on the paperwork provided to me when my vehicle was dropped off. I believe this is in the illegal practice, as far as I’m concerned I will never do business with Tom Bell Chevrolet again. It’s not about the money it’s about your integrity. I’m a life long Chevrolet owner and will continue to be one however it will not be at Tom Bell Chevrolet.
My wife and I test drove a new Chevy traverse two weeks ago at your dealership and we’re planning to purchase one from you. We have since changed our mind and will purchase a vehicle from another Chevrolet dealer.
