Howard was very friendly and I was very happy with everything. The only thing was that I think they forgot to close my hood so i had to close it but Horward saw that i did and came to make sure everything was ok. Which i really appreciated.

I did not like the run around we got after we got the Suburban in I did like how it was cleaned but having to go through channels to get there I did not care for
