Misael was friendly and very informative regarding my service. But the check in process took a very long time and the prices were completely unreasonable. They were unable to diagnose one of my trucks issues. I was able to have much of the work completed for much a much more fair and reasonable price.
Howard was a pleasure this morning while checking in, he gave me a break down on all service i requested. My shuttle ride back to my home was also a nice experience. I believe his name was paul. This is why i go to Tom Bell only..Great service. Thank you all

Up to now I was experiencing a good overall satisfactory experience , until my wife brought my truck home from the appointment installing the CILAJET KIT. The work performed by your contractor or whoever performed the detail needs to find another career or maybe there just not paid enough to have pride in there work. I paid good money for this service and all I got was some half you know what service. We agreed on the due bill to have my windows acid washed due to the water stains still on the rear window especially, the compound they used to seal or treat the upholstery is spotted on the middle of the rear Matt and spotted on the running boards , the upholstery has places that were missed on the headrest and the synthetic wood was also was not covered in some areas. It’s a good thing I didn’t ask them to paint my house. SLOPPY WORK! , make it write or give me a refund and I will find someone who can do the job. I love my High Country but the Due Bill was not delivered. HELP !
Pedro was great. Offered all kinds of service but I only had time for an oil change. Will be back soon for more service!
