The service on the car was fine, but my husband took the car in for me & he did have a complaint. That was that the car, with service completed, sat for a long time before he could leave. Apparently it was waiting on paperwork.

I have done this questionnaire before. The lady is semi rude. She hasn’t provided me with the quality of service that I expect. I loved my old service adviser. I have also been provided with false information from her. I am a 36 year old young adult, and she treats me as if I’m a uneducated child.
I brought my car in for an oil change/ tire rotation plus a warranty issue with the heated seats. The first time I brought it in, it was there for about 3-4 days, oil/ tire rotation wasn’t complete while service had to order a special part for seats. Second time I brought it in, I dropped it off on Tuesday evening, once I received a phone call Monday afternoon the following week about my car being “complete” and ready for pickup. I go to pick up my car and after about 30 mins of valet trying to pull up my vehicle. I do a quick walk around of my vehicle and notice that my tires weren’t rotated, and my oil change wasn’t complete. I now have to wait till my next day off to bring my car in for the third time in attempt to get my car a oil change and tire rotation. Also hope to get a car wash that was supped to be done as well. I am extremely disappointed in the service I was provided, and has significantly soiled my desire for Chevrolet vehicles. In addition to this latest incident, every time I have brought my car in for a routine service I have had a problem with the heated seats, hopefully this time the repair will last longer than an oil change interval.

I found out from Dan that the chip in my windshield could be fixed right there at the dealership for $25! I was glad it could be fixed there. The sales department is wonderful at Tom Bell Chevy!
I was promised that my vehicle would have a better chance of being serviced on if I rescheduled to a particular date. So I worked with Misa to find that date and rescheduled. Had my car there at 645 that morning. First person to check in my car. Was told that I would have answer by noon. At 130 I started calling to see about my car. Took over and hour to finally talk to misa. He then told ne he would look into it. 30 minutes later called him and he still had not got me an answer. Told him I would be picking my car up in minutes. When I got there, misa informed me that they never got around to looking at my car and I could leave it and get a rental car. How you can't look at a car that has an appointment at 7 and not even look at it is very questionable. Then he tells me that june is busy and I should plan to leave my car for two or three days. Wait I had an appointment, i didn't just drive it in without one and it was under his recommendation that I bring it in on this particular date. With the assurance that it would get looked at. After signing to get my car, then I sat for another 20 minutes while they tried to get my car. During this time I watched as cars pulled up, tickets were written on the cars and they were driven into bays and put up on racks. Was asked for my paper work, gave it to them. The guy then went and helped another customer and got them squared away with transportation and then got another vehicle for another customer. Then saw me and said let me get your keys. Then struggled to find my car that was sitting right next to the service area in plain view. Very disappointed with the service I got. No plans of coming back.
Mr. Burrus politely greeted me for my unscheduled appointment and took pearly explained the cost of the service that my Silverado needed. Paul, the shuttle driver was very cool. The service to the truck was done in according to schedule. This was the best experience for any service at Tom Bell Chevrolet. They've improved their customer service.
