I would have appreciated if they bonded my latch to the rear slider window. My vehicle has less than 15,000 miles and for the latch to just fall off is the lack of quality from GM
Daniel is an excellent individual and is very knowledgeable about mechanics and good customer service. He took care of ALL of my questions and made sure that each concern was addressed to the best of their abilities. I was very impressed with his communication skills and was kept in the loop at all stages of their investigations into my troubles. He even called me promptly to let me know when my window was broken while sitting overnight at their lot which I appreciated. Daniel is the kind of person I envision when I hear that a place has good customer service. Thanks for your honesty and genuine attitude.

I was surprised on how fast the service on my car was completed. I was quoted an hour and a half but the car was done in just over an hour.

Tom Bell did NOTHING to help fix my vehicle. My vehicle had to get towed from Tom Bell to a shop to get work done to it. I have had to had the vehicle towed 3 separate times this month. The one thing that was attempted to get charged was a car wash and my vehicle was just as dirty as when dropped off. Also my power steps were left disconnected with the wires hanging into the floorboard of the truck. It was taken in about 3 weeks ago and is now leaking oil from the main seal. It has never leaked before. Tom Bell chevrolet has left me more dissatisfied than I ever thought possible. I will never be returning if at all possible.

Upon arriving to the dealer, I was immediately greeted by a staff member. Valet maybe. He quickly had a sheet of plastic to protect my seat and floor mats. He walked me over to my service advisor Pedro and I was greeted with the most sincerely welcome from Pedro. He took the time to ask how my day was going and was genuinely there to assist me. I was originally scheduled for a simple oil change but he discussed with me the Summer package and all the benefits since my car has high mileage. I immediately agreed and got the paperwork in order and asked if I wanted coffee/water/snacks, showed me the drink station and where the waiting room was located. And when it was time to pay, the cashier Angela was just as genuinely amazing. Her service was 100%.
The level of customer service that I received from Pedro was just beyond my expectation. Impeccable service from him, and the way all the staff are polite and acknowledge you, ask you if you’ve been helped.. I mean.. WOW!
